Sorry app
Tried to load the app. Doesn’t open ......ever. Just the spinning wheel of death. I did pair my phone with the radio and I’m able to play pandora thru the radio from my phone using the pandora app. But the radio is very poor at best. No loudness. The old cheap stereo that I took out will be put back in and this one is going to the trash bin. Never never never buy this productShow lessndjdhdgg

DOES NOT WORK my phone has been set on same screen ive clicked yes on all permissions and it just sets there showing a loading symbol so if y’all fix it itll be cool if not dual is junkSpencer0971
App doesn’t work
Same as all others the app doesn’t work at all. iPhone 11 and it doesn’t work. Being so, DUAL could be sued for false advertising making customers pay for features it doesn’t have.

No multitasking support at all every time I do something else on my phone and I go back to the app it completely restarts and I have to click it all over again please fixThunderbirdcry

Just got an XDM17BT for my vehicle and this app, along with the other “iPlug” apps say that they work with the radio and my phone, but they do not. Open the app and it just sits at the loading icon until the app is closed.SkyMitch89
