App hangs trying to connect via Bluetooth
I am having the same issue as the other user. Brand new XDM17BT iphone iOS 13.3.1 . I am able to pair my phone to the radio. I can stream music to the radio though not the best quality sounding it does work.
However when opening the radio app it is just stuck with a spinning pairing icon.
Does the app use the same radio to phone pairing or a separate ID?

App not loading
App stays in perpetual state of loading and won’t connect to radio. I have the XSM17BT Model radio and shows to be compatible so not sure what’s going on. Also I’m running the latest version of iOS 13.3.1 on my phone.JMorg212
