The issue of the app intermittently forgetting the facial recognition or pin number, and then having to re-enter your user name and password is one that we have been actively working on. The good news is that a fix for this issue is about a week or two away from being released. Thank you for bearing with us on this.
Whereβs biometric gone?

Thank you for your feedback. For security reasons, the previous biometrics setting was not copied over to the new app. You can enable this feature via your phone Face ID settings. Please contact us at info@milfordasset.com if you need further help and our team are ready to assist.
