We have recently done some bug fixes & design improvements. Update to the latest version to get all the new features & fixes.
Good saving, amazing customer support, mediocre app
The savings are great. Customer support is simply amazing, with people quickly answering and following up. Couldn't be happier.
But please guys, the app and system is frustrating and annoying: constantly asking to re-login or straight failing at doing so. Constantly have to re-register biometrics, pin, etc. Is my iPhone and my iPad. I never have this issue with ANZ or ASB.
Also, no notifications, and functionality is very basic. But still, the very most annoying thing is the frequent unavailability and constantly asking for credentials.
