Good saving, amazing customer support, mediocre app

The savings are great. Customer support is simply amazing, with people quickly answering and following up. Couldn't be happier.

But please guys, the app and system is frustrating and annoying: constantly asking to re-login or straight failing at doing so. Constantly have to re-register biometrics, pin, etc. Is my iPhone and my iPad. I never have this issue with ANZ or ASB.

Also, no notifications, and functionality is very basic. But still, the very most annoying thing is the frequent unavailability and constantly asking for credentials.

My bank account got hacked after installing this app

I have had my bank account for years but never experienced hacking attempts. The only thing changed is 2 days prior I installed this app and linked my bank account.

No other app was installed.

Booster Savvy

Since joining Booster Savvy, I’ve been way more organised and able to manage my money better. I use the stacks feature to save for different goals and its so cool watching my savings build up. It’s helped become much more disciplined about my spending and the interface makes it fun as well.

iOS login

Theres a bug somewhere that stops the app from raising the keyboard upon login. That means you can’t type, so can’t login. Easiest workaround is to enter your info into the notes app and copy and paste it. Not very secure but it works.

Lazy coding

Come on guys, forcing iPad users to use portrait is just simple lazy coding and very off-putting. As soon as I saw that it can’t be used in landscape mode I deleted the app.
The support links in the description also go nowhere. Really sloppy stuff.
May I suggest you either fix these issues (plus many other issues already highlighted by other disappointed users) or pull the app.
