My new phone! It helps me find names of plants I’m attracted to in peoples yards on my walks thus being able to find them in my plant nursery!!

I love this app and have been using it for several years. Now, every time I take a picture, it takes me to the subscription page even though I have an up-to-date subscription. It won’t identify any plants and it is not usable. This looks like it’s a known error, as there are reviews with this issue a year ago. I would think that this would be a priority to repair. If this wasn’t an issue, I would absolutely give this app Five stars. i’ve sent at least 3 debug requests to the developers over the past 2 months. don’t waste your moneyShow lessXóchi
Pop up after every single upload
If it is going to Have a free component to the app, at least make it so that you don’t receive a pay pop up every single time you do one little thing. Super annoying. The app itself is awesome, I just wanted to try it for a little bit before I decided to buy it. It kind of makes it pretty hard to enjoy the interface with the pay pop up non stop.Show lesswonderbox01
Great app when it works but it won’t work for trying to get me to subscribe again
This app works great when it will actually work. I have a monthly subscription & every time I try to use this add it keeps asking me to subscribe. If I click the button to subscribe again, it tells me that I already have a subscription. No matter what I try, it still does this so I can’t use the app I paid for because it keeps trying to get me to pay for it again.Show lessEjballance83
Try a different app
Do not purchase this app. You’ll be as frustrated as I am. Every time I snap a photo to identify a plant, the app cycles to a subscription page that you’re unable to move forward without choosing a subscription I already paid for. When I click the subscription, it recognizes that I already have one but still won’t let me identify plants without going back through the subscription page. I love this ap but since it’s last update it hasn't been working properly. I take a photo, click the button and it takes me to the subscription page. Been there done that a thousand times now… please fix this ASAP, thanksJMO#1
Disappointed
Whilst on a visit to Bolton Abbey in North Yorkshire I couldn’t get a mobile signal and so the app was no good on this occasion as I could not upload a photographdavewills1327

I love this app. I use it when I am out somewhere and see a plant that I absolutely must have, which happens often, I can just use this fabulous app to find out the name of the plant!! If my plants at home start looking not so good, I just go to my nifty app to find out what is wrong with it and what I need to do to fix it. Love it!!! Just stopped working
I really liked this app but last month I could not use it. It would only go to the subscription page even though I have a year subscription. I can’t get it to ID anything now. Hope they get things figured out. I would like to keep using this app.eild spring greens forager
