AGO KAWS
Tried to get this to work on a few of the art pieces in the AGO - specifically for the KAWS exhibition while standing in the designated area - but it didn’t work. I did see others successfully use it, but it didn’t work for me.

It has potential to be useful while hanging around in the studio. Be it’s so super glitchy. This app really needs an update version.

Grant Camera Access
Trying to use the app and it’s not allowing me to open any of the artwork, sending an error message, saying I need to grant access to camera. I check my settings, and it doesn’t even have the option. It should’ve asked me to allow it when I opened the app to start.
AR not working
I recently downloaded the app and my phone won’t let me give Acute Art camera access.
At first I thought it was a problem with my phone, however, I downloaded the app on other iPhone models and an iPad and they all have the same issue.

The AR visuals worked perfectly on my phone but the sound was automatically going out through the top speaker only. I could use my earphones but not my Bluetooth speaker which was deceiving.
Doesn’t work and bad UX
This app is supposed to use gesture control and more visual cue to help the app become more discoverable. Current experience is disorganized and not user friendly. Deleting the app
Forcing location information! - DELETED
Such a shame - I read an article about this App and was really excited to install it. Opened it app and was faced with a ‘enable location services for better results’, I tried to proceed without that but I got into a loop where the app tells me, ‘that they’ll keep my location information private promise’. Sorry but even if that’s true maybe I don’t want to give YOU my location! The fact that you cannot proceed without sharing location information shows a level of arrogance on the developer’s part and therefore I have deleted the app and am now annoyed. Can’t believe in this day and age people still think this is acceptable.
