The software is junk
It’s impossible to connect WiFi. It’s not worth the price I paid. The dehu works properly, but the software side is junk. I’m too lazy to return it. I’ll just not buy any more of them
Horrible App
This app is pretty much useless. There is a mix of English and Chinese text which makes it very difficult to know what I’m clicking. The WIFI connection to my router will not work. Registering a new account took over an hour with multiple tries. The list goes on and on how this app doesn’t work or can be improved.

Useless in iOS 15+
Not worth buying the machine if it can’t be monitored remotely. YOU NEED TO UPDATE APP IMMEDIATELY!

Will not connect
I’ve tried everything to get this app to work no matter what I do it will not connect gives you the option to interface with your Wi-Fi or connect directly to the unit via its own Wi-Fi hotspot neither one seems to work very disappointed that they would offer this as a feature on a professional product and have it be 100% inoperative.

Hello, is this app alive? I cannot get anything to work and connect to my dehumidifier.
App is useless & Dehumidifier broken after 1900 hrs!
Loved the dehumidifier for the first 10 months in my garage. But…the App NEVER WORKED even with all the videos and instructions. Now… after 10 months, dehumidifier is broken. I get a constant E5 error on the coil temp screen. 1 fix with a temp probe sent. No good. Same error 4 hrs into running. There is something inherently wrong with this machine now. I just need a straight replacement on their dime.

App does not complete setup
Can perform direct access. Can’t get Dehumidifier to connect to local network. App hangs during access point password setup. Cannot get around the hang.

All iPhone prompts are in Chinese. WHY? Do you even have a version in English?

WiFi Will Not Work With iOS 14
Dehumidifier successfully connects to my home WiFi but App fails to get MAC address of dehumidifier needed for App control.
