Safety is a top priority at Mudflap. To help keep our accounts safe, and to help prevent others from using your account we require our drivers to verify the identies they report to us. If we run into an issue while verifying a driver's identify, we do our best to communicate with our drivers, including the reason for blocked verification, and the action the driver may need to take to successfully verify their account.

We take security very seriously and use a variety of methods to protect our drivers' payment information that's stored in the app. Sending selfies with ID is one way we can help verify your idenity and keep your account safe from fraud. These selfies are not shared with anybody outside of Mudflap. Our support team is standing by 24/7, and we'd be happy to talk through any other feedback you have, or any concerns you have about discounts.

Mudflap
In my case, and RV’er participant, traveling 700 miles in one day exceeded the number of daily uses without participant verification. Mobile phone verification, visual current State issued identification and daily history of use were insufficient acceptable evidence for the Customer Service Representative when needing four (less than 30 gal each) fill ups in one day.
Other than this issue, the program works well and found easy to use and contains accurate data.
