    I m using This app more than one year. But know they are blocked my id . No reson . They want prof . I send every think . Know they need prof of my friends . That guys don’t have CDL . But this guys told me show us CDL . Like one year ego I cancelled my fuel card and full depend on mudflap. But on road they close my account. Fully monopoli . Before they close my account they said 6 month ago . I put DIESEL on my truck . And store clerk wrong gollons put on his system. So pay $350 first after we start app . I pay right way, because I don’t want any trouble. But after that they make no sense things. So I suggest to everyone report this aap and leave it and got good fuel cards

  • What service? Waste of time!

    So I downloaded the app in I think January, and went to use it and it wouldn’t work. Had to go out of my way by 15 miles, and pay full price because what they don’t tell you is you need to be “approved” first. So after 30 minutes on the phone, I tiled them all my information and they said I needed to wait a week to be approved. 2 weeks later I went again to use it (assuming it was all set) but Nope! Not approved yet, so I called, waited on hold another 30 minutes, and was told they don’t know why I was not approved, everything looks OK? They made the penny transaction with my bank, but not to worry, they will call me back tomorrow to let me know it’s OK to use. (NO CALL EVER CAME) Over the next two months I called every two to three weeks and always got the same answer. Sorry, no supervisor here now, but don’t worry I will call you back in a few minutes.. huh! Well it’s Now May, and I am uninstalling the app! I found Gas Buddy app! They do not need my bank info, I pay the gas station, and it just so happens I have a gas station that is 5 miles from me that has fuel and truck pumps, and is $0.65 cheaper than the truck stops! And it travels with me to tell me where ever I go, where I can get fuel for the cheapest price in the area. No fees, no supervisor, no phones, and no waiting on hold! Thanks anyway, but no thanks Mud-flup!

  • Racist

    The verifications team are racists. They denied my application to join. After sending a photo of my drivers license, DL with a photo of me in it, selfie with the truck, photo of the MC number on the truck, I was not approved. I was denied the opportunity to speak with a supervisor the first time because “it is policy”. The second time, the person on the phone said they’d reach out and never did. The next time I called I got the same child who said, “to be honest with you…” What do you mean to be honest with me? You told me you’d reach a supervisor but did not. I finally got a hold of a supervisor allegedly and they did not resolve the issue. I’ll simply go with another fuel card company. Waste of 3 days.

    Safety is a top priority at Mudflap. To help keep our accounts safe, and to help prevent others from using your account we require our drivers to verify the identies they report to us. If we run into an issue while verifying a driver's identify, we do our best to communicate with our drivers, including the reason for blocked verification, and the action the driver may need to take to successfully verify their account.
  • Don’t do it driver

    Ok, I was fooled. I used the app for two weeks. At first it seemed as if they (Mudflap) was interested and appreciative. But then the savings changed. The support answers placed blame on user and at the end of my run………get this. They wanted me to verify who I was by sending selfies of me and my state issued drivers license to upload through the app. Hold on Charlie taliban. I think not. When I questioned them about why two devices showed two different pump price discounts? “We run promotions for “different “ users at different times”. These peeps are just another information stealing, dark web providers and don’t offer what they claim. Grab a fresh device and do your own research.

These selfies are not shared with anybody outside of Mudflap.   • Must have

    Being a new trucking company with no credit no one likes to give out fuel cards without big a deposit.. Mudflap has honestly been a huge game changer for me I highly recommend to download and play around with the app (it’s free to download) so you can see the advantages yourself, and if you have any questions call there customer service they have been extremely nice and more then helpful every time I personally talked to them.

    The app works well. The verification/validation process of participants needs revamped and made easier for when needed such as multiple uses in a single 24 hour period.

    In my case, and RV’er participant, traveling 700 miles in one day exceeded the number of daily uses without participant verification. Mobile phone verification, visual current State issued identification and daily history of use were insufficient acceptable evidence for the Customer Service Representative when needing four (less than 30 gal each) fill ups in one day.

    Other than this issue, the program works well and found easy to use and contains accurate data.

  • Trip disaster

    My family and I got this app to save some money for our client who was paying us to make a delivery cross country. At first we loved this app because it was saving us money. Then all the sudden, we were stranded by a gas station and they were telling us we needed to jump through a bunch more hoops to get the diesel. We thought we had resolved it but now on our trip back, it’s acting up again, and no one answering our calls. We have been stranded here for well over half an hour. Never using this app again and would not recommend this app to anyone else. It has been a nightmare for my family. They aren’t up front about their requirements, then they halt everything to get the things they suddenly require after you’ve already made a few purchases without issues, then they tell you that there is a 24-48 processing time, and then they don’t even have it processed yet.

  • I was skeptical

    I was skeptical at first. Thinking it was to good to be true and the first time I went to use it, the attendant in the store I went to had no idea what I was talking about. I texted with the help desk, they apologized, explained that it was a new station and they would reach out and credited me with a $10 credit. The next day I went to the same station and they had it worked out and I saved $21 filling my Chevy 1500. Great experience, great app. If you don’t use this app you’ve got too much money I guess.

  • Awesome customer support!

    I always give it some time before submitting a review and I’m glad I waited until there was a true issue since you’re not just dealing with Mudflap but also the vendor stations. I’ll state this wasn’t an issue with Mudflap.I was way overcharged and immediately called their support, spoke with a real person and they had it fixed within minutes. They called the fuel station and got everything sorted with a refund. I absolutely love that, and think this becoming more and more uncommon with companies. I’m so glad to see this in the world. Great company, amazing customer support and highly recommend!
