Needs help
My spouse and I team drive, and fuel almost exclusively at PFJ. We earn a lot of points and mostly like the app. In the recent past, however, we’ve had trouble getting the mobile fueling function to work so we just give up using that part. And as someone else said, the app needs the ability to book more than one shower at a time. If one of us goes in for a shower, the other cannot book a second shower until something is cleared out in the system (we don’t leave our equipment unattended, so we take separate showers) and this sometimes takes longer than we can wait. Very annoying! 😤 And sometimes it takes several attempts to reserve a parking space. So while I very much appreciate the ability to use points in the store, I wish the functionality of the app would work better in the day-to-day.

App Settings
I use the App to fuel practically every time I fuel. The App use to hold my “required” drivers license but now does not. It also use to hold the last mileage input. All this helped in speeding up the process. Why does the App not hold this info now?? In my secure wallet section it holds my payment info, so why does it not also hold my license info. My license number is not a quick easy “short” number. Plus to access the numbers I have to hit the numbers button to pull them up. If it’s a number why not have a phone number box or like a calculator box to use has a input screen?? You add all this to aid in the speeding up the fueling process but create more steps. Have seen new adverts on the pumps stating to “own your idle time”. Than how bout helping the process in the App??

Worse app ever
First they don’t let you fuel using the app unless they are allowed to track you online. Now it doesn’t even have my account login information. Nope, I’m out. If you value privacy, stay away from pilot/ flying J app.
