Absolutely love it!
I’ve been following Erin for a while on instagram and finally caved and bought the app. So worth it! I usually work out at home. I love that this is a steady routine. I don’t have to think about it. This app pushes me to do more and do it more consistently. I look forward to doing it everyday and never get bored. There are a few small pieces of equipment that you need but most you probably have already. I happened to have everything. I’m so happy I started this and am starting to see changes already after two weeks. The only complaint I have and it’s really more of a preference is with the meal planning. Either you follow the set meals or you can make up your own plan using their meals. I hate that when you look through meals to make a plan it’s just one long list. I wish the meals were divided into breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. The meals that are suggested are really good and easy to make. I just wish they were easier to navigate. I would highly recommend this app and it’s definitely cheaper than a gym membership. I’ve only been doing Erin’s original workout plan. There are so many more available I haven’t even checked out yet. Still worth the money if I only ever just used the one workout plan!
