  • Love it!

I am loving all the Glitch games so much! I have now played A Short Tale, Great escape, & veritas and ready to play the Forever lost set. It is t so hard you can’t get past them but still tough enough to make it fun. I love the camera feature. Only thing I want is....more. Lol
  • I like it

It’s really good game does several different things I’ve never done but hard enough to keep u going without making you want to quit. But I did get lost on the office & one of the clues disappeared & sometimes it gets stuck on a screen so i would shut it down & restart it worked great that’s why I only gave it 4 stars

  • Fun and engaging

Enjoyed Pack 1 which was truly free (no annoying ads or requirements to buy hints). After learning initially it was fairly intuitive to figure out the clues and navigate the solutions. We did use a few clues to solve and not sure we would have ever figured out some without the clues. We had fun doing these together!

  • Excellent!

Challenging without frustration. The clues makes sense even when they’re hard to figure out. I like to challenge myself so I like that I can turn off the access to hints because it’s tempting sometimes. I don’t have a lot of time for games so I like it that I can pick it up and work on it the next day. Graphics are very good and the comments on objects are fun.

  • Escape appetizers

These are excellent games. Perfect for the novice who wants to get a sense of what escape/puzzle games are all about before investing more money into them. Also great for the hardcore players who want a relaxing game that is long enough to keep interest and be challenging, but short enough to finish and move on.

On top of all that you get Glitch’s legendary quality. The puzzles are just the right amount of difficulty to make you think. The graphics and environment are always top notch. And the idea to revisit previous environments in pack 3 was inspired. It felt like I was home again revisiting these places.

  • Good, but not as good as usual.

A sampler pack of various Glitch game environments, downsized and with new puzzles. Most rooms took 30-90 minutes for me to complete, but there were a couple of fairly obscure puzzles that stumped me for a bit. Glitch is one of my favorite devs, but the quality of the puzzles here was not quite as consistent as in their other titles, and there are a few bugs and at least one spelling error. I would compare it to a buffet of leftovers hastily re-prepared. A tasty buffet to be sure, but not the best representation of what Glitch can do.

  • 5,000 out of 5 stars!!!

I LOVE your games, Glitch Games!! I started by searching escape games and eventually stumbled upon your games, played them all within a few weeks, now it’s hard to find any games to help scratch that itch after playing through everything. I almost yelled when I saw this update!! Amazing job! Keep em’ coming! (Okay I’m done with the fangirling.)

  • Good, but doesn’t save properly

The game does not properly save my progress. I’ve had to complete parts of Pack 1 multiple times. Looks like this Glitch game has a glitch. The game is enjoyable, but please fix the bug that keeps my progress from being saved correctly. As I write this, the game is making me complete the office escape for the fourth time

  • What a lovely unexpected treat

The developers at Glitch have kept me entertained for hours by this point, so when I saw they had released a new game I was very excited to play. Great Escapes does not disappoint and puts all other room escape games to shame. To anyone complaining about paying a measly 99 cents per pack- it’s well worth it to support such thoughtful and clever game design.

  • Enjoyable!

I enjoy puzzle games but there are few of quality out there. This was definitely one of them. I did have two problems that bothered me. The first isn’t really an actual problem with the game but they say you can buy packs 3 and 4 in the description but I can’t figure out how to buy them in the game. I only see pack 2 which I already bought!

SPOILER: The real problem I had in the game was in the temple. I was solving the pyramid and thought since the sides were upside down you had to think of them as upside down instead of reordering the rows. I finally had to resort to the clues to figure out the south side because I kept using 3-4 instead of 2-6. Very frustrating.
