App doesn’t work
I have download this app previously for my Active pro watch and it connected and worked!
Then my watch got broken and I got a new one.
I tried connecting the watch with the App but the connect device doesn’t work.
I have tried reinstalling the app and it still wouldn’t connect to my device sadly.
Please fix this issue!

Dead screen
I got it two weeks ago. Fully Charged before I used to down load the app. Right after finishing down loading, watch went dead. Try to contact seller. Seller tried to guide me through to recover-charging, holding buttons, etc. doesn’t work. Can’t ship it back because it cost too much. Seller refund me but charged me for the bracelet. I paid the shipping cost plus the bracelet for a dead watch. I tried to be nice by telling them on the back of the watch, wrong spelling for bracelet. Their app for blood glucose, they spell it glood glucose.

The connection is not working
After having my watch for six months I can no longer connect my watch to my iPhone.
Where are my workouts?
I did cycling today, but I did not see it recorded on the app. It’s like I did not get credit for my workout. Also, people with T92 pro smartwatch should have the option to use your other app, W Fit.
Resetting
My new smart watch doesn’t link correctly to the app! The steps on both read different and the app isn’t storing info! The watch keeps restarting itself so I can’t keep record of my steps

Not all works
It’s ok as a pedometer. But blood pressure body temp stays the same. Even if you take the watch off hold it in air it will say the same oxygen same temp so I do t think it really works. Not accurate at all.
