I had a good connection between the watch and my iPhone for a few months, but I would have to manually connect daily to get data. After six months I have been struggling to get that connection, it says it is connecting after finding the Bluetooth, but it never pairs and no point to wear it now. I reached out for help twice with details through the app and never got a reply. Deleting it and the watch goes to goodwill.

Great, but please help
I like the app a lot, but help me with something please. I have the ST6. I can only control phone music by bringing the playback to the watch. Can I control playback while still letting it play on my phone?
Could be better
I like the watch and the app works good but weather won’t change to Fahrenheit, also watch and app keep disconnecting, would love it if the clock numbers could be customizable as well.

I like the watch and the app is better than the last smart watch I had. The sleep doesn’t work though. When I was at work I sat at my desk and it logged it as sleep. I thought it didn’t track sleep until 9pm? Heart rate works and recorded correctly. Same for blood pressure and oxygen. I disconnected the voice part. I didn’t like my phone alerts including calls ONLY working from the watch. Will probably use it though at times of winter or travel just to make it easier

The watch is nice I even was able to change the units to fairen height but the weather is totally wrong and there is no way to change or fix it.

I can’t connect to my phone
Unable to call out
The watch says it able to make calls however whenever I try to call out I get this error icon showing the Bluetooth sign with the music sign saying it’s not connected ? Yet when I’m getting a call I shows up on the watch but I’m not able to answer it. Very frustrating.
U78TS watch useless
Nice watch but useless when they won’t connect to the app so that you can update time, etc. what is the point of a watch when it won’t show the correct information. Disappointed. Waste of money and I bought 4!!!!
