I look up 21? For Brickhill, Bedford but it comes up with Milton Keynes, not helpful! Also it’s very small to see? No the 21 is finishing but now I can’t find the 22 until it’s arrived? Please look into your app Thanks

Horrid communication
Several times the bus route has been changed and it has not been communicated to the people waiting on the routes who use these as a mode of transport to the station
Activation Issues & Buses Not Turning Up
This morning, I attempted to activate my weekly M-Ticket when ready to use, as instructed to do so by Grant Palmer, but it wouldn’t activate and I had to pay an additional £3.10 to buy a single ticket between Wixams & Bedford
Then, this evening, the 17:15pm 44 to Flitwick didn’t show up. This has resulted in my having to pay an extra £2 to Stagecoach to use the MK1.
It is unacceptable. I will be contacting the company & requesting my money back

Disappointed
It’s every day arriving late 5 minutes. I take 17:30 Cx bus and for the last 3 days arrived late. Today we departed at 17:45! I arrive late to my job like everybody!
