The SCG app is super easy to use. I always use it to pay my bill, check on account information or anything else I need. I also like the mobile app instead of paper billing because it’s eco friendly :)
The app worked when the website was down
I needed to pay the bill, but the web portal was down. The app took my payment.

We have recently moved from another state, every month for the 1st three months we we’re constantly being overcharged, but we still had to pay & then when they finally fixed it then returned the difference in the form of account credit as opposed to returning to original payment method. Ridiculous!! Every month i had to call customer service & they didnt make a difference either, very rude , nasty & distasteful! Wasnt a good experience to welcome our family!

Convenient way to pay the bill
The app is easy to use; you can pay and manage your account saving time

User friendly in all aspects. Just wish it was as easy to have the funds to pay the winter bill as it is to use the app!
Absolute trash
Title says it all.. it does not make paying the bills easier. In fact it adds more steps bc you try and use the app then it doesn’t work. Then you try and pay via the website on iphone doesnt work. So then you have to find a laptop download chrome or firefox and pay via that
Login option
After creating my account in n the website I was unable to login on the app please fix this issue keep getting error saying login info incorrect .
