UNRELIABLE
I’m so tired of staring at this stupid app not loading when I’m trying to clock in. I often begin opening it 3 minutes ahead of time to give it time and still end up clocking in late. It’s not fair to have my time docked or my supervisor frustrated because there’s always an adjustment to be made because of its lack of reliability. I’ve tried with and without WiFi.

One of the worst apps utilized for timekeeping.
This app has so many problems when just simply trying to punch in/out for shifts. The main issue is that it NEVER loads your GPS location to allow for tracking but instead just continues to display the loading symbol indefinitely. I have had to delete and reinstall this app at least over 30 numerous times already just to try and attempt for it to work.

Worst App for Field Employees
The app won’t work. You have to delete it and re install to clock in. It freezes and crashes all the time. Totally a piece of trash!

Ascentis Mobile makes it easy for me to approve PTO, view my team’s schedules, adjust time cards, and view my own paycheck. I love how the notifications keep me on track with urgent matters.
