Nothing functions properly
Nothing appears correctly on the app. Still unable to submit PTO almost a year after my company took on Ascentis. Unable to properly view pay stubs. The list is endless.

Exactly what I need as an employee to access information. Easy on the eyes and very intuitive.
App Does Not Contain the Features Stated in Description or by the Sales/Implementation Lead
App settings were supposed to mirror the web settings. They don’t.
Do not want to show ER health contribution memo codes in the pay summary.
Time off balances section not working
Pay period summary section not working
Cannot view any past pay stubs
Cannot view any attachments
Tax withholding not allowing changes
Cannot request time off or view timesheet at all
Signs out immediately when multitasking
Registering device is not needed
Benefits view is not present
