Worse app you can work with -loosing data -information-blocks anytime ….
Problem when displaying payroll
I am an iPhone user. When I open a payslip on OneTouch to go back to my dashboard or any other function it is impossible and I have to turn off my mobile phone to reopen the app again. And the app is updated.
Please improve the app

Since using app our care assistants have been able to not only communicate with the office more efficiently but are able submit requests. OneTouch have been brilliant from start to finish, and our teams feel very comfortable when requesting support.

Location problem
After last iPhone update, app couldn’t see my location and show that I’m over 5000km away from my clients. This app is totally rubbish.
Instructions
Cannot find any information on how to use the app. Very awkward and keeps struggling to use in low signal areas. Would not recommend

The app itself is a great idea, when you’re sat at a place connected to WiFi.
It needs to improve its cache holding and to be able to work offline better. Having care workers use this app in aeroplane mode in an evening is dangerous and unsafe. If this app could hold the data enough to be used offline for a short period of time, then connect again to upload and sync, it would be much better.

Privacy Issues
The app barely works from one day to the next. As a developer I would be more inclined to improve the privacy practices. I note it hasn’t been updated presumably because they need to share their data practices at the next update. Doesn’t save login details, doesn’t offer 2 factor authentication, or Face ID and it handles the data of many vulnerable clients needing care - as a user this concerns me greatly!

Wholly unreliable
I find using OneTouch frustrating as you can’t rely on it working from one day to the next!
