Really Doesn’t Support Multiple Hospitals
I moved from Texas to Colorado and my new hospital happened to have the same medical record system. I still see one specialist in Texas but the rest of my care is at the new hospital. Unfortunately, I can’t log into the app and see records from both institutions, and I can’t have separate accounts in the app.

What happened
This app was great until about a week ago. Since then I have lost the ability to use touch to open the app. I have vision problems and use fingerprint to open apps. Now it’s gone.Achturas
Can’t get passed….
Can’t get passes the registration even tho I’m already registered. It tell me I already exist in the system which I know bc I logged in. Making it impossible to set up an an appointmentmxknfnfkdmcmkf

I have never written a review for an app but I used the old app plenty of times and this new app is the actual worst. I have never been able to get a visit to work. It gets to the “creating video visit” screen and never loads. I’m posed off because this is the only way I can avoid going to the physical doctor on my insurance and now it doesn’t work.Show lesstheklahhhh

I’m sure it’s a wonderful app but I wouldn’t know because you don’t give a 1st time user an option to create their account . How can you use it if you can’t create an account This is an important problem to address , I would think ...Tootie ninja fruity
