  • So helpful!

As a first time mum this app really helped me with routine, keeping me right; it moulds into your baby’s routine at first then tells you when baby is due for naps/feeds and more. It especially helps when I can go on and see when my partner has logged any feeds when I’m not there either. Really great app!

  • Best baby tracking app!

This app is absolutely amazing. My husband found it and paid for the full version. We linked our accounts so we can both add things like our baby’s sleep, feeds etc and can both see it. You can track sleep, feeds, naps, wake up time and go to sleep time and much more. When your baby reaches a certain age (I think 2 months) and when you’ve added enough data, the app can make suggestions like sleep time etc and you’re able to see a pattern. It is beautifully designed too. Highly recommend’

😊 Meilleures salutations , Emma, Napper 🍼
  • Terrible UX

It’s wild how many usability issues this app has. A simply thing like your child crashing out for the night instead of simply having a nap and all hell breaks loose with the schedule. I can’t convert a nap to bed time. I can’t add bed time as suddenly it’s tracking for longer than six hours (not allowed!). I can’t skip yesterdays nap or it will reschedule all future days to only 2 naps a day. What is a user to do? Uninstalling was the simplest solution to this mess. Don’t use if your child ever needs to get up unusually early and I can’t imagine crossing timezones with this either. Yikes.

Hi Beeettthhh, thank you for trying Napper and for reaching out to us with your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that you aren't currently satisfied with Napper. If your baby falls asleep for the night instead of simply having a nap, you should simply delete the nap log and create a bedtime log instead. It sounds like you were trying to log a bedtime routine instead of bedtime (when the baby actually falls asleep). This makes Napper think that your baby never fell asleep for the night, and is why you were unable to save the log. Please email me at: support@napper.app if you want some help on how to best use Napper. I can of course also help you get a refund if you want. 😊 Best regards, Emma, Napper 🍼
  • So thankful

My little one was horrible at sleeping and creating a good sleep routine was so important. I was after an app that would help predict when she is due for a sleep and that was free.
The notifications helped me pick up on her tired queues, log how long her naps were and predict when she was due next so I could plan my day around her naps.
Once her days naps were consistent with the apps guidance, her night time sleep improved.

I was lost until I found Napper! It was a game changer as a first time mum and figuring out motherhood.

  • Highly Recommend for new parents

I just had my first baby 3 months ago. It’s tough being a new parent, especially when you’re so anxious about your baby’s sleep and how they never seem to sleep the amount the internet wants them to. I tried another app Little Ones for a while to help find a sleep routine (not a bad app, just didn’t work well on my little one). A friend then recommended this one. It was easy to use and after the first couple of days, it started to become more and more accurate. It’s not a perfect sleep tracker app, but I love how it tries to learn your baby’s sleep rhythm rather than trying to force the baby into an impractical sleep rhythm. The “Learn” portion of the app was also good, I wish they would add more. The sounds on the app are fantastic! Give the app a few days to get to know your baby, keep your info as accurate as you can, and you will not be disappointed!

Hi Jenni 李杨雪, thank you for using Napper and for reaching out to us with your positive feedback. 🥰 I'm glad to hear that you are like our Babysleep Bootcamp course, as well as our sleep sounds. ✨ Napper never stops learning and uses everything you log to create future sleep schedules. And it is our aim to help parents better understand their babies sleep rhythm, rather than enforcing a rigid schedule. If you ever have any questions, or suggestions on how we could make Napper even better, please email me at support@napper.app. 😊 Best regards, Emma, Napper 🍼
  • Disappointing

Trial ended without notification as promised. Unable to subscribe to a month and made to sign up for a year. Trial week did not provide any insights as app still ‘learning’.

Hello there! We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the trial ending unexpectedly and for any confusion with the subscription options. Please feel free to reach out to us so we can assist you further. You can contact us at support@napper.app. Sincerely, Alice from Napper
  • App was OK, decided to get a sleep consultant

However, the email I just received from Clarence from Napper asked why “I didn’t think the app was worth paying for” seems very confrontational and I didn’t appreciate it. Perhaps a re-word of that message to seek feedback would be a better customer experience.

    Developer Response

Thank you for reaching out and for using Napper! Our sincere apologies if you found the email hurtful. We ask everyone who cancels a trial for feedback so we can improve our product and it has given us a lot of information that has helped improve our product over the years. Contact us at support@napper.app so we can apologize to you personally. Best regards, Clarence from Napper
  • Great until regressions

I saw a lot of recommendations for this app on reddit so I decided to give it a shot. For regular sleep patterns this thing is eerily accurate but if your LO deviates at all due to the insanely long list of reasons - teething, sickness, separation anxiety, etc or an inevitable sleep regression, the suggestions will be off track and sometimes really off because it’s still going off wake windows. I had downloaded it originally as I was desperate to figure out how to get through a regression but it’s not the app for that. For example when my LO has a EMW I wanted good guidance for when they should nap next which based on my hours of research online (baby sleep can do that to you) but it’ll suggest the nap based off your LO’s typically wake window which isn’t ideal in these situations.

Despite my feedback I truly enjoy the UI and still use it to track sleep. My favorite is the ability to add pauses to naps which my other apps do not have. I do have faith that the app will continue to improve though. Hope this helps

Dear Teazt, Thank you for taking the time to make a review and to describe your experience. As you describe, the algorithm cannot always take new circumstances into consideration but will improve with continued tracking to calculate the normal rhythm of the baby. For most parents this is immensely helpful when things are more normal which is most of the time but this may not feel reassuring when you are the parent in an exceptional phase. If you have any more feedback or suggestions please contact us at support@napper.app. Best regards, Clarence 🍼
