This is a great app to get paid daily. That is the best part about it. This app helps you get placed in centers and that’s about it. This is an app so the customer service aspect is not the best. Communication can take up to three business days if you have a genuine concern. However if you’re canceling or missing a shift you will hear from them. They are about the centers more than they are about the people that are working through them. If you have genuine concerns do not expect an authentic answer based on your personal situation or what is actual facts but they will give you an answer based on what they feel is the correct answer or how they were trained to respond. I would screenshot each time you book a shift or dealing with anything in this app that way you’re never told what did not happen or what did. You will have actual proof. It would be my recommendation that you research centers before booking shifts because Tandem did not take the time to.

PHENOMENAL
The Tandem agency is a life saver! There is always consistent work posted on the app. I have not had any issues with the app and it’s easy to navigate. The Tandem agency itself is really a breakthrough in childcare for those who have been burnt out working full time. You can set you own schedule and you have an opportunity to visit different centers in your area. Who doesn’t love daily pay and flexibility at YOUR discretion!? My only regret is not knowing about it sooner.

Tandem is a great app for child care workers. It lets you choose shifts that fit your schedule, pay, and location, giving you control over when and where you work. The app is easy to use, and getting paid every day is a big plus. If you're in child care and want more flexibility, Tandem is a perfect choice.

I love Tandem
I started subbing through Tandem earlier this year and it has been great. The daily pay is extremely convenient and there’s always work available. I love the flexibility and ease of picking up or cancelling shifts in emergency situations.
So Grateful For Tandem
TANDEM, how can i put this, TANDEM IS THE BEST APP EVER! I downloaded tandem without a clue on what it was but once i navigated through the app i was so amazed by what it could do. It was very slow at first trying to book shifts because they were so far out, but one day i was blessed to see Taylor'd to Learning. Ever since my first shift i fell in love with not only the app and how it kept its promise and every word, but how i could find my forever job through just a click on a app. Tandem has helped me get myself back on the right track in the job community more than ever. I’d broadcast TANDEM ALL OVER THE WORLD SO IT CAN CHANGE MANY LIVES LIKE IT DID FOR MYSELF. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE TANDEM💗

Great company
I started working with Tandem back in January and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Since I’ve started, I’ve been able to make money faster than I have at any 9-5. I also enjoy the freedom and flexibility it allows me to have when accepting or declining shifts. Only con so far is trying to find new centers or jobs in my area (they are new to my area so it’s understandable.) I can’t wait to see how they further develop!

What I enjoy most about tandem is the ability to help different centers at a time . I’m very blessed and thankful for the experience and have gotten tons of full time offers with higher pay because of tandem! Highly recommend for someone with a free schedule.

What I like about tandem is that I can make my own schedule. Another thing about tandem I like is we get paid daily instead of every 2 weeks, they also have a trail run for the jobs you think would be a good fit for you

Ever since I’ve been apart of tandem I’ve felt nothing but gratitude. I’m thankful for being apart of the tandem family. I feel loved, I feel supported, but more importantly, I feel at peace! Before tandem I had a few bad experiences with working. A lot of days I would wake up and feel completely drained, and unappreciated. The moment I joined tandem is the moment my heart felt full. Not only is tandem a welcoming, loving company, they are also flexible. If you are looking for flexibility, and daily pay, along with the opportunity to see and meet tons of new people, tandem is the job FOR YOU!

I recommend working for tandem the daycare jobs have very good communication and are very respectful , You are able to pick up shifts very fast on tandem it’s self explanatory. The lady who messages us is very good at communicating and very helpful 10/10 i recommend tandem and the daycares are anywhere which i love.
