Can’t be used
As everyone else has been saying, you can’t use it unless maybe you have an iPhone AND can fluently read Mandarin. Tech support doesn’t help. I feel bad for my partner, since this was supposed to be a surprise for me.

Bought a toy which cannot work without this app. The app doesn’t send a verification code when phone number is entered. Meaning the toy and app is useless. PLEASE FIX.

Even tho most of it is in Chinese, and u can’t understand anything it’s a decent app. Anybody trying to figure it out, at least for Apple users, click on trail don’t worry about putting in your number. Hold the power button for 2 seconds on product when “scanning” comes up on your phone. It should connect after that. Then click on w.e name is there, it should give u 4 options of “immersion” “8 modes” “remote” and “history”. The first 2 are the ones you’ll need the most everything else doesn’t matter. Hopefully Android is the same or similar. Hope I helped with some struggles

For English users
When working the app hit “trial” below the section that asks to input phone number and verification. This will move you over the the screen where it’ll ask to connect via Bluetooth. From there you can connect you toy by holding the power button for like 2 seconds. Once the device connects you’ll be able to use/control the toy through the app. Cheers :)

Hard to understand
I can’t figure out how to set it up with my phone number, I was told this would be able to connect to WiFi and anywhere in the world but it’s all in Chinese and I can’t figure it out at all. Please make more user friendly and more English please
