It doesn’t send the verification code required to use the app, the toy can’t work without this. A waste of money.

I’ve put in my phone number and it hasn’t sent a verification code once. and i’ve tired my friends phone numbers as well. This makes the app unable to be used. Please fix this asap
No English Directions
We bought this and it came in the mail today. Everything is in Chinese, no English support. We figured out the app to install, how to charge it, turn it on, etc., but not how to control it remotely from your phone. It asks for a verification code and we have no idea how to set it up.
Can’t use app
Un able to use app cause I can’t read what the verification code is as its all in another language!

I wasn’t ever given a verification code no matter how many times I input my number. So I can’t use the remote. My boyfriend can’t download it on his android. It’s all a mess.
