التطبيق أسعاره اغلى من المطعم
التطبيق يحتال ويتلاعب بالأسعار بشكل أعلى من سعر المطعم، أسعار المنيو في التطبيق مختلفه تماما عما هو معروض عند الذهاب للمطعم! وفوق هذا يأخذ رسوم توصيل ورسوم طلب من التطبيق! فقط للتنبيه!

سيء طلبت منهم وماسجلوا الطلب
طلبت من التطبيق ومدير الفرع يقول رح فرع ثاني وانا طالب من نفس الفرع وماسجلوا طلبي مع اني دفعت وبعد ٣٠ دقيقه من الوقوف امام الكاونتر جابوا طلبي

تختلف الاسعار في التطبيق عن الفروع بشكل كبير، بعض الوجبات في المطعم سعرها اقل ب ٦ ريال

Driver will ask you to share location over WhatsApp
Don't order KFC through their app, it's not reliable. The driver will call and ask you to share your location over WhatsApp.
Just use Jahez. Drivers don't ask for locations over WhatsApp when ordering from Jahez.

Bad service
The driver changed the status of the delivery to delivered while he was still on the restaurant!

I added my location and wrote exactly all the details, but suddenly someone called me asked me to send my location through whatsapp!

- it took 55 minutes to deliver from 5 minutes away branch.
- dont use it, save your time and effort and use dilivery apps.
