Sometimes when I’m in reviewing video clips, there’s no way to get back to the home screen so I’m stuck. The only thing that works is closing the app and restarting.Bfortner44

Poor, Poor, Poor, etc!
Getting this app to work properly is a huge achievement. Every five or nine times a month I have to delete and install the app so the cameras can work. Despite having a good internet provider, problems with this system continue.titojames6

OK until last update
My 3 cameras have been working OK with my Zen mesh until last update, but since then despite getting regular alarms from the cameras there is no picture when I open the app and I just get “error “

Scammers
They will take your money and your subscription will not renew. I reached out after the first payment and was told there were no payments made under my account!! Since then I have cancelled my subscription but they have taken money again!! Months later!!! Avoid at all cost. I will be contacting my bank to get my money back.Show lessCollins.978
