OK until last update
My 3 cameras have been working OK with my Zen mesh until last update, but since then despite getting regular alarms from the cameras there is no picture when I open the app and I just get “error “

Scammers
They will take your money and your subscription will not renew. I reached out after the first payment and was told there were no payments made under my account!! Since then I have cancelled my subscription but they have taken money again!! Months later!!! Avoid at all cost. I will be contacting my bank to get my money back.

the app doesn’t work
the app is useless, it’s failing to connect and just sometimes if i’m lucky enough I get to see something on a frozen thumbnail

Dont buy this unless you feel like spending extra money to see motion sensors that hardly work like why wouldn’t it just always be recording

The camera has no sound AT ALL

Update account
The cameras are good, but even with an account you can’t change your initial setup email address. Long story short if you do need to change your email you have reset the camera/s so don’t put them up to high even though the purpose is to protect your property without others being unable to stop recordings. What company these days won’t allow you to change your a/c email address without going through the ridiculous process of resetting the camera/s.🙄

Great camera!
Camera is actually a wonderful camera. Despite all the negative reviews. I purchased one about a year and a half ago and the 1080 picture comes in crystal clear. Also the night vision is better than the camera I spent $200 plus on. I am impressed with the overall functionality of it. it has held up impeccably through the two bitter cold Michigan winters I subjected it to. Up until recently I had zero issues or complaints. The camera stopped working (after two years). I contacted customer service who was extremely quick to answer my email. They must have a 24 hour customer service office because it was at an unusually late hour I reached out to them. They were way helpful and actually are sending me a replacement. They no longer make the model I had originally purchased so they are sending the upgraded version free of charge. Great company, look forward to doing business in the future! Thanks Septekon! one time they hve steal my £120. after 4 months they unsubscribe it
then i started doing monthly subscription. and i have noticed after 10 days. they have unsubscribed

Contacting some when can’t get help
My first camera worked totally great the when I’ve been trying to add another camera it seems near impossible to do if it wasn’t because of the trouble I’m having now I would gladly have gave it 5 star’s
