Did NOT work. Won’t Refund.
Honest evaluation: The product did not work. Extremely unclear directions in my opinion. I purchased and I downloaded it while I had Internet connectivity before I arrived at the location, but when I got there it did not work. I tried to follow the poorly written instructions, but nothing connected. When I returned to the states, I asked if they could make this right and give a refund, but they said no. (!)

Complicated
It is complicated to activate the eSim card and it is very frustrating. It takes over your cellular data in your settings and you can no longer select your primary cellular/Internet provider. Not impressed!

Just doesn’t work like it says. Difference between it and fixed sim is the product itself. Just not worth it in Indonesia.
