  • Best app for breathing

    Psychiatrist recommended this to me for panic attacks. I use the breathing meditation when I feel panicked and I haven’t had a panic attack since. Literally nothing else, not even medication, works as well as this. I especially like that you get to control how long your inhales/exhaled are. I’ve slowly increased and am happy to say I’m up to 14.5 seconds. Very fun and have shared with everyone I can.

  • I’m relaxed!

    I love the bit where you do guided breathing and can choose your own sounds. I have the ocean and a campfire as my faves. Makes me calm and chilled out!

    Very clear and easy to use. The flower-like image helps with pacing. I am very sensitive to sound, and the app’s drum signal is quiet and low, never irritating. Lots of options for lengths of inale/exhale and pauses, so it works with a wide range of breathing techniques. No progress-tracking, cutesy icons, photos, or ads; just a beautiful, simple app that helps users stay focused.

    There 5 minute mindfulness timer is so useful I love the bongo sort of sound of when to exhale and inhale that really helps when i have my eyes closed as well as the create you r own sound combo
