There 5 minute mindfulness timer is so useful I love the bongo sort of sound of when to exhale and inhale that really helps when i have my eyes closed as well as the create you r own sound combo

Wow!!
This app has engaging and kind texts. It’s a nice, and SIMPLE meditation app. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while. You can edit your breathing exercises to a T, no to mention the other free additions they have. You can import your own audios but you have some to shooed from.

Trying this app put for the first time! In a fast pace world it’s difficult for us to just stop and be still, in the present moment. I’m starting with the 5 minute inhale/exhale exercise and plan to work my way up. Baby steps. Great app!
Simple and effective.
Looked at several heart coherence apps and found most of them to be to busy. This ones very simple and easy which keeps you gently focused on the exercise which relaxed me into a meditative state. Superb!
