Hello TheLioness22, At the moment, the two accounts (website and app) are not synced. Please create a new account for the app in order to access your new go-to spot for mobility!FINALLY a warm up tool that works for me 🤩
If you’re like me, I’ve been constantly looking for a warm up tool that isn’t yoga. Before I workout I just open this app and press play! There’s a default program that I use but you can always change the settings. I do a quick 10 min warm up. If I’m feeling sore after my regular workout then I just do a cool down to relax my muscles.
