  • Low quality app

    I faced several issues with this app. The first is how painfully slow each screen and setup step loads. Then, after setting up my Ship
    cube and adding a CC for postage, my account became locked. I used the chat feature to get help and when the agent asked me to try a website to login, I came back to the chat and couldn’t send a reply. In order to send a reply after leaving chat, you have to close it completely and reopen it.

    The Ship Cube is a really great piece of hardware. The app is low budget and ruins the entire experience.

  • Crashes every time I Open

    This has been nothing but frustration. For the past three days every time I open the app it crashes immediately on login. Tech support only “escalates my case” to engineering.

    Don’t bother with this app. I have hundreds of packages stacking up and I have to research an entirely new solution.
  • Omg

    Just make a better mobile app. With the last update now it won’t let you go further because you can click that the package doesn’t have hazardous materials so it won’t give you ship options. Now I have to do it on the computer. Just frustrating. I want to be able to print from my phone. It would make it so much easier.

  • Needs a basic “Remember me” function

    Would like the app to remember my user name so I don’t have to type my full email in every time I close and open the app.
  • Unable to connect to PitneyCube

    Using the app has been only a frustration and disappointment. It constantly says “Unable to connect to PitneyCube”. And you must connect the PitneyShip Cube to your phone before you can connect it wirelessly to your computer. I called the support and spent 45 minutes on the phone. 40 minutes of that time they were “verifying my account”. And don’t offer any solution, saying I have to return it. The second printer arrived abs it still has the same issue.

  • Update prompt won’t allow me to use app

    I updated the app but now every-time I open it it prompts me to update and won’t allow me to use the app. Very frustrating now I have to find a computer to get my shipping done.

  • Functionality breaks every time there is a new update. They don’t seem to test

    Every time there is a new release, something new seems to break! I use this in my business and it is very frustrating. Just updated and the automatic address scan no longer works. It just spins.

  • App always crashes when I try to track a package from home screen

    What gives? This app continues not to work on my iPhone. Every time it opens soon as I select a package to track it will crash.

  • No apps to pay my bills.

    Amazingly Pitney Bowes still does not have an app to look up your account and pay online. You have to go and Google their website. I have an iPhone 12 and ease of navigating through their website on my phone is a joke.
    I think it’s time for this company and many other large corporations to wake up to the new technology.
    I am in my seventies and even I get it! Thanks.

    Thank you for your feedback. We do hope to upgrade in the future to allow more ease in payments and am sorry the website over the phone is not easy for payments for you. You should be able to go to the desktop version of the site and My Account to see your invoicing and make payments, but can see where it may be a lot to view in one place for a difficult navigation.
