I made an account and I put in my credit card information after I did that I never got confirmation that the account was finished however I do have an account and when I login to the app it says I don’t have permission to do thattmwi!

I literally just signed up and put in my card information and now all of a sudden the app won’t open! I have product that need to be labeled and shipped out but I can’t do anything if I can’t even open the app!Pooh205

i tried to sign in, the website told me i needed to enable cookies, and then once i did that i was told to put in my account number from a confirmation email i never got. i tried to find my account number but it just wouldn't workpaschav
