Bus 61 seems like all it wants to do is race up to Orange Grove instead of sticking around for a minute or two at another stop because that where they like to always ketchup with time and it’s really annoying too.Angle1524

Broken, don’t bother downloading the app
Updated 6/27/24: now the app doesn’t work at all. The GPS system that they’re using isn’t working and you can’t get any information from this app. It’s been this way for a while. They just don’t care.
The bus tracker is wrong – it goes by the printed schedule, not the actual location of the buses. And no bus in this town goes by that printed schedule. But the worst part of the app is “Plan my Trip.” it gives you wrong directions, shows you the longest and most indirect routes, tells you to get off at the wrong stops, tells you the wrong times – and one trip gave me 3 minutes to transfer to a second bus even though they are fully aware that all their buses run 10-15 minutes late all day every day so there would be no way to catch that bus in 3 minutes. They don’t care about their buses or their riders.MadisonJourdan

It will never recognize your current location and will tell you there are no nearby bus stops - even when you’re sitting at a bus stop! The “track a route” section shows you where the buses should be according to their schedules, not where they really are. And the “plan my trip” section is a complete joke. It will give you the longest and most indirect routes possible. Sometimes it just gives you the wrong routes. You have to go to their website instead and use that schedule to create your own trips. It’s a real nuisance. Nothing about SunTran is user-friendly at all, including this app.Don’t even bother downloading this. It’s the worst app.
Supposedly you can track your bus but it’s not at all accurate. And “plan your trip” gives you the worst options possible – or no options at all when there are actually several routes you could take. The worst part? Suntan couldn’t care less whether or not this app works or not.Had to uninstall once and fall all
The GPS isn’t even is correct and worse the app isn’t even working at this time. It’s just saying that I need to be near the Internet in order for it to work. Doesn’t work most of the time
The GPS on the busses never is accurate and a bus on the map will pass by you with no actual bus passing by. The schedule is always wrong when you find a real GPS bus saying it’s 189 minutes late. Not that enjoyable to use either. Or just needs work and I hope it gets better with timeTraceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
