Too expensive for a neat idea
My apartment community was built too small, so parking has always been abysmal so they rolled out Zark which helped but the price keeps going up and up for honestly what should be free to residents. I get nothing extra but they charge more. Getting tired of this app and the constant price increases.Show lessihaveanewoutlook
What’s the point of this???
Spots I could tag for 24 hours were way far away, then saw a price of $4 then a -$4 credit??? So you need to pay to reserve parking where you pay to live???Quagdarr
Poor Management and notification system
App does not notify you of being towed. After being out of town and no notification I was towed I was left with a hefty bill. Management refuses to fix it.this.-app._sucks
