Exploitative
Apartment complexes using this are just getting an incentive to make their parking worse. Why let people park for free when you can make everyone pay $4 a day. And my apartment only allows 1 spot per unit. Two adults renting and both need cars? You’re screwed. The fact that you can park in unassigned spots anyway means this app is useless and a cash grab.

Too expensive for a neat idea
My apartment community was built too small, so parking has always been abysmal so they rolled out Zark which helped but the price keeps going up and up for honestly what should be free to residents. I get nothing extra but they charge more. Getting tired of this app and the constant price increases.

What’s the point of this???
Spots I could tag for 24 hours were way far away, then saw a price of $4 then a -$4 credit??? So you need to pay to reserve parking where you pay to live???
Poor Management and notification system
App does not notify you of being towed. After being out of town and no notification I was towed I was left with a hefty bill. Management refuses to fix it.
Endless fees
Just another money grab from the apartment complexes. This app turns neighbors against neighbors by turning us into parking enforcers without management needing to hire anyone else. No warnings or anything, straight to towing someone’s car if they’re parked in a spot at 12:01 pm.
Doesn’t Work
Kinda big waste of time. I wonder how much kick back my apartment complex is getting for something that doesn’t work. For a few months now this had been at my apartment complex. It hasn’t worked as advertised from day one. Reserved assigned parking spaces do not populate in the app for the owners. Which means, the whole just click and tow feature for someone occupying your spot doesn’t work. I’ve complained and have only heard they are working on it. ya, right, I won’t hold my breath.

if I could rate lower I would
the paramount platinum started using this app and it’s literally useless. If you do manage to land a space (given they don’t overbook or cancel your space reservation) you’ll most likely have to tow a neighbor because of all the “Unfortunately your parking reservation is no longer available due to a change in availability” going on.
Seriously, my neighbor complained to our apartment building that she used it, turned on auto-renew, went on vacation for 3 nights, and they canceled it on night 2. Her car got towed, and sat in the lot accumulating more $$ since it was left there the day it got towed.
Not to mention the COUNTLESS times that I’ve waited at 12:00 on the dot for them to release the new spaces and one of three things happen…Best case, you get a spot! Yay. What’s more likely? You push the request through, put in payment, car info (all of this is auto-saved so you can do all this in just under 10 seconds if you have favorite spots) and then the app just sits there…on the last page… forever buffering. OR there’s this fun option where it looks like everything went through and the space was secured, it even tells you “space confirmed” (which is how it looks when you actually get a spot) and then you exit the app..and it’s gone 🙃
Using this app at the paramount is virtually impossible. Customer service is virtually non-existent and once argued with me that they “don’t overbook” when the email literally says “no longer available due to availability”.
This has to be the 4th bad review I’ve ever written and it’s also the lowest I’ve ever scored and I stand by this.
They need to revamp or the paramount needs to part ways with this shoddy and shady app.

Horrible app
Like others have said this app is horrible. The booking process is not user friendly and the dates are constantly wrong and it won’t let you change it. My apartment complex uses this overpriced parking app to book spots for guest. I was not able to book a spot for my guest and their car got towed. Zark customer service is also no help and won’t respond to complaints about their app.

Waste of time
I live in an apartment complex where instead of giving the open spots to current residents they’d rather use a low tier app that cancels reservations on them on short notice. Every single reservation I’ve made has that was longer then 2 days the let me book it, but then half way through our reservation notify us that our “spot will no longer be available in 24 hours”. Every. Single. Time.
Waste of time, and money.

App doesn’t work
This app is pathetic. I select “change” and the date will not change and nowhere to change the time.
