  • Light rail security

They need to get on the homeless and drugged out people more before then even start approaching us working people why are we paying for them to ride free ??? They make us get off too and They ALL know the machines don’t work either and still try to make You get off on the next stop knowing we got A set schedule for work appointments etc. if the machines don’t work at the stop getting on then don’t make us get off the next to just pay and get on when the drugg users get no hassle SHAKE MY HEAD gotta deal with this every time I ride.

  • New update

Used to like the app because it made it easy to just buy a certain number of full day passes or one ride passes. Me having a set route and number of busses I have to take to work made it even easier to purchase the passes. Now however it doesn’t give you that option. Now the only the option to just load money onto your app which only allows set amounts and basically just forces you to leave the left over money not used for fares to just sit in the app. Very frustrating because then it’s a whole process to have the money refunded which takes a few days….

  • Dangerous

App works fine, the problem is when I was on the bus there were people arguing with the bus driver because there weren’t any places to buy bus passes nearby and didn’t have a smart phone either. They had cash, but because of the way the system works an argument ensued. The driver just let the people on the bus. This update created a dangerous/hostile environment both on the bus and at the stops. I hope 3.0 doesn’t stay the way it is, makes me want to just Uber places from now on even if it costs a leg.
