Description of Parkade

Parkade reinvents how parking can work at private buildings, enabling parking to be managed through an app. Instead of property managers managing parking via spreadsheets or paper leases, Parkade digitizes a building’s parking operations and makes parking self-serve for tenants. Depending on what features your building choose to leverage Parkade for, tenants can use Parkade to: - Book short-term parking - Book or manage long-term parking - Open your building’s parking gate(s) - Report issues with your parking spot(s) - Add or edit your vehicle records - Book EV charging spots - Book parking for a guest, giving them gate access and wayfinding tools - Rent out or share your long-term parking spot with others - Sublease a spot from someone else Parkade brings your building’s parking into the 21st Century, making parking a snap for everyone! Note that it’s up to each building who gets Parkade access, as many buildings choose to limit access to tenants. At other buildings, Parkade can be used by the public to rent excess parking. Not sure if your building is right for Parkade, or are you a property manager/HR team member looking to set your building up with Parkade? Drop us a note at hello@parkade.com, and we'd be happy to chat!

Reviews of Parkade

  • No customer service and puts burden on renter

Whoever decided this was a good idea for our building, hadn’t really thought this through. I am now getting requests for people to rent my spot. No thanks! I pay for monthly parking and that’s all I want. No more unnecessary requests from strangers please. Also where is the Management company in all of this? Sitting back watching chaos ensue! No stars!
  • Work well until someone parks in your spot.

The salvation works fine until someone parks in your space. The application has a future that you can notify Parkade, but it is faulty and keeps selecting the wrong spot if you have two spaces. This is annoying, and they don't provide a contact phone number.
  • Horrible Customer Service

If you are considering moving into a building that uses Parkade, live elsewhere. The customer service is terrible and the entire notion of paying to pay to park your car is ridiculous—Parkade recently added a three percent fee if you pay via debit, credit or Apple Pay. Other than non-iPhone users, who doesn’t prefer Apple Pay over providing a random company like Parkade with banking information?! So ridiculous.
