Hi there, Thanks for sharing your feedback! We work with building management to set pricing for event days. That said, when event pricing is active YOU actually do get to keep the applied markup when you rent out your parking space. So, if you normally charge $5, you'll actually get to keep the higher amount ($25 in your case). This is a new feature on our end, and we're keeping a close eye on it. Hi Tonya, you should be provided the ability to change your payment method when a payment fails. If you open the app and tap "Fix Payment" we'll show you the list of payment methods you have on file, and you can select which one you'd like to retry payment with. Hopefully this helps!

Hi there, we're sorry to hear your vehicle was towed! Please be curious to others and follow all building rules, as well as the ADA, when parking in accessible spots. Breaking rules (and laws) to park in an accessible spot without reserving the spot or displaying the appropriate placard may result in your vehicle be cited or towed. Parkade's app makes it easy to reserve a spot — accessible or regular — in seconds, so in the future, just open the app and reserve your desired spot before parking in someone else's reserved spot.
Shady
I kindly asked for grace given that Im a resident and had to rebook this guest twice in a garage with horrible service and you have to basically snitch (take a photo of the car in the spot you booked and enter their license plate). They wouldnt budge and told me that $15 is a reduced late fee for residents because it’s usually $30. It’s ridiculous! I hope my building doesnt renew their deal with them.

Hi there, Thanks for sharing your feedback! We work closely with building management to administer enforcement for our partner buildings. While that does sometimes mean issuing penalty fees, we try to be understanding in our approach. Nasty app
First of all, there are no notifications about the end of the parking session (all notifications are enabled), and you get charged for overtime or your car gets towed without warning.
The app doesn't allow you to choose a parking spot; you have to request it through an administrator, who responds after a few hours when it's no longer relevant.
The support in the app is so useless that it would be better if they integrated artificial intelligence; it would be more helpful. My rating is -5.

No customer service and puts burden on renter

Hi there, sorry to hear you were caught off guard by the requests. You certainly aren't required to rent your spot to others, and you can turn off those notifications by going to Account → Settings → Notifications.
Work well until someone parks in your spot.
