In regard to your payment options, we definitely hear you on providing details to an unknown third party. Thankfully, when you add a bank account (or any other payment method for that matter) to Parkade, that information is stored with Stripe (https://stripe.com/), a global leader in payment processing.

You do nothing, and add fees with no benefit to the user. What an absolute disgusting company you are. Luckily, I won’t be required to use your services after May. Have fun scamming your forced customers. Clowns! 🤡

xbish0px, we're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your Parkade experience! It sounds like you're looking to avoid the credit/debit fee. That's easy! Just pay via bank instead, which can be done in seconds. Select your parking lease from the Park screen, and scroll down to your payment method, where you can opt to pay via bank instead. We have 24/7, on-shore customer support, so we're disappointed to hear you also had a bad customer service experience. We'd love to know more, and rectify the issue, if you'd email hello@parkade.com? Hey there! We're sorry to hear you found Parkade confusing. To clarify, Parkade never, ever double books your spot. You may have multiple, overlapping availability blocks on your calendar (just like a Google or Apple calendar), but that will never result in a double booking. If you want to add a week of availability, just head to Host → Calendar and then switch to the "Detailed" calendar. Hit "edit availability" and you can add any dates of your choice — a day, a week, a month, whatever!
