Terrible service that will not actually help place you into open parking spaces. They will also charge you without any warnings. Customer service is no helpful at all.

My bf's apartment uses Parkade and now I can actually visit him without having to park on the street and worry about my car. The building was finally able to offer guest parking. Thank you parkade!!!

It is a good way to rent out a space, both short and long term, as well as finding extra parking spaces for guests.

This is the absolute worst
My building outsourced their parking to parkade. I have never been more stressed out about parking. First they raised the rates by almost double at the end of our leases. Second they put me through 3 days of calling chargepoint for HOURS when they said it was a connection issue on my end when in reality it was because of parkade mislabeling and mis-assigning chargers. Their alternative during that time I couldn't charge was to have me PAY to RENT another parking spot. They never once offered me compensation after wasting 3 days until they found out what was the issue, and then had ME explain it to them. Do I work for Parkade and didn't know?
Now they have other cars using my charger so I can't charge. They wrote to tell me it was because cars can share chargers. Well why couldn't I share a charger at the time when I couldn't access any other chargers in the lot at all?
