For quite a while I have used this app on daily basis and I was very happy with the service. I had a serious situation with a Go driver last week and I have been calling the customer service for 3 days without an answer. This is really sad because it’s a service that is supposed to be highly responsive to such urgent complaints.Mo Tsunami

It is a good app to be developed by Sudanese young minds, i have some comments:
* Go Pay is a very good approach for online payment.
* the amount to be paid is not always displayed during the ride.
* the app hangs sometimes; so you can not see if the ride has been accepted or not, has been finished by the driver or not, unless you drop out the app from the running background apps.Huda Hashim
