In general, if you connect a keyboard with a USB cable, it should automatically connect to the app. If the issue is with the keyboard, there just isn’t much I can do to fix that. If there’s something else specific you need help looking into, please make a post on the Support Forum with more information - visualmusicdesign.com/forum Thank you!

Could you please email me at visualmusicdesign@gmail.com to find a solution? You should be able to backup your files to a computer using the Files app on your device. If you email me your Save Files and Preference files from the SeeMusic data folder I can probably debug the problem.
