I have been using this software since they first launched out and it looks like it keeps bringing more frustrations day-by-day. In one single year, they jumped their price on me double or triple the price I was paying and the app does not work right. Their payment system is a stress, and they don’t even have a subscription feature so companies can use to lock in customers. I am currently giving 90% of my business to Marcone, I hold an MSA membership, plus I am paying so much money for the software.
