  • What happened?!

    This used to be one of my favorite ways to contact people and I have been a member for a couple years now! With this new update I now have multiple phones that I can’t use Community on because it says it requires 16 or higher… whatever that means! All I know is that now I can’t have my whole team responding to messages because several their phones will no longer work with this app! Can you please fix this?

    UPDATE: I have updated to the latest operating system as suggested but unfortunately it still doesn’t work. I guess you can only use it on the newest iPhone which would be good for ppl to know before they purchase.

    Thanks for reaching out! This looks like you need to update your iOS operating system on your iPhone. On your device, please go to Settings > General > Software Update and make sure you are on the most recent Apple iOS operating system. Once your phone updates, please go back to the app store and update the Community app and everything should work as expected.   • Needs better login

    Terrible because it won’t even let me login so I can’t see or do anything even when I re-download it it does the same exact thing.
