Unable to log in

Last year we had passed and they were wonderful! I bought them as gifts for almost everyone I know this year and now I can’t log in to my account on the app AND the website. Frustrating.

Many merchants don't honor pass

I purchased this pass because I also have the Pogo Pass (which I love) and I assumed that the GetOutPass would be similar. I have tried using it at several different merchants and many of them will not honor the pass. Recently when I have tried using the pass it tells me that there is nothing available for use. It's extremely frustrating!

Beware the auto-renew

Get Out asks for your card info when you sign up using a promo code and does not make it obvious that it intends to charge you for automatic renewal. When it took my card number I went looking through the actual site and found the toggle option for auto-renewal (not an option on the app as far as I can tell), which is set to “on” by default. If you use this service, take the time to find that setting and shut it off or prepare to get charged after you have completely forgotten about it.

Horrible service and false advertising

Be wary I bought a pass with the first amusement park being six flags something mountain and the pass never worked so I bought a day pass after buying get out pass and requested a refund not to mention they charged me a subscription fee and I didn’t even get to use the pass I still want my refund I have not received also they said the reason it didn’t work was because six flags wasn’t apart of the pass but literally was the first place it mentioned. I hope someone can help me get my money back because that was the whole reason I bought this pass!!

I got it from Groupon and it look fun but no.

I bought it in groupon it shows the roller coaster and it says get pass in amusement park but it was not lame they partner with LuV 2 play and it just for little kids. They partner like away from our city that waste of time and gas because it’s not fun to go to.

We have so many passes throughout the nation and each pass has different venues. We try our best to have business types in our ads that are on our each of our passes. We are so sorry if this was confusing for you.

I feel like I was scammed. Not worth it, not at all.

I had hope it was good stuff. Every single time we try using it, we see restrictions, and limitations. For example, I understand that some places are busy on weekends that’s why the get out pass is for mon-Thursday for some activities but I’m not talking about it, they messed up even in simples things like the bowling. They “partnered” with bowling places and they give you 1 laser OR, I mean, OR, 1 game a bowling, basically, 10 minutes of fun. So sad. Oh, they do NOT give you the shoes, they do NOT give you the lane, they do NOT give you the hour, it is literally 1 game, and for one person. Playing bowling for 10 minutes alone must be really fun. Omg, so fun! Now I understand why they give you a weekly “voucher” for the bowling, who in the world would use it? Anyway, I feel like there is a catch almost ALL of their activities and I regret my purchase. Now I’m glad my friends ended up not buying it. Hope one day it becomes better so people can actually get value from it. I feel like I was scammed. Not worth it, not at all.
