We’re sorry you’re experiencing issues with the app. Can you please check the app store for the latest update to the app. If you are still experiencing issues, please follow the below steps to troubleshoot the issue; 1. Force the app to close and then reopen. Then open the app to see if it's working as expected. 2. Restart your device. Then open the app to see if it's working as expected. 3. Check for updates - To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labelled "Update available”. Tap Update. 4. Delete the app, then download it again. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed. If the app is still not working as it should once the above steps have been completed, please email the Lifestyle team - Lifestyle.Offers@wyn.com and our developers will look into this issue for you.
