Years ago I gave this 5-stars…but not now

I have been enjoying Relax puzzles for a good number of years. Excellent, relaxing game…until now. I don’t know what happened after your latest update but the game no longer shows my completed puzzles nor does it give me the option of continuing my current puzzle. Granted…sometimes I go a month or longer in between plays but really? Making a person start their puzzles all over again with no record of puzzles completed? This was a 5-star game…now it’s not even worth 2 stars! ***EDIT***. Developer staff has been totally unresponsive after multiple emails. For this reason I, lower the stars to 1.

Also, we would like to note that game progress are saving and recover with in-game authorization, that available in the game settings.

Far too many ads in this game. I want a jigsaw puzzle without any interruptions. I can take an ad once the puzzle is completed but not during the making time.

Pathetic. Screen freeze frequently

Can’t even finish a puzzle because it freezes on the ads. Makes me NOT buy any of the ad products

Update Useless

When are you going to fix the ads on here?
They just freeze and won’t go off to do any of the puzzles! Stop the excuses about you being aware of this when nothing gets done!
I’ll have to delete the app and find one that does work!

Disappointed and Concerned

I downloaded this app specifically because it was advertised as safe for children under 5 years old. However, I was shocked to find that it regularly shows ads that are completely inappropriate for young kids, including content rated 18+. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. Parents trust apps like this to provide a safe and educational environment for their children, not to expose them to adult-themed ads.

Until the developers address this issue and ensure that all ads are appropriate for young children, I cannot recommend this app to any parent. It’s a shame because the content itself is good, but the ads completely ruin the experience and put kids at risk of seeing things they should not. I strongly urge the developers to fix this issue immediately.

Even trying to write a review is messed up on this app. Avoid it like the plague.

Interrupted twice by ads b4 I even finished the puzzle deleted it immediately this was the first puzzle of the app and I am not putting up with it anymore
