Watermark/Ad/Dark Mode
The watermark has been pushed with the recent update. Please, offer and option to remove it from the videos. Also, I highly dislike the ad that appears every time I start the app — it is highly intrusive taking a few seconds before it allows me to see my cameras’ live feed. The introduction of “dark mode” within the app would also be appreciated. Gets heee stars for the aesthetics of the camera but the app is its weakest point.

Good product
Very nice products for the price. Would recommend to anybody that might be just starting out or anybody who could use multiple cameras and be able to get them on a budget.
No wi fi when unplugged from mains
I don’t know if the cameras are faulty but I get no Wi Fi signal when I unplug them from the mains. I charged them up for 12 hours the day before when I first used them. There is nothing to indicate when they are fully charged, no LED, I had to ask online how long I should charge them up for because the instructions are very limited. Not good. Everything goes off as soon as I disconnect from the mains. I logged in the next day and they were off line. When I plugged them in they took a few minutes to load up and come back online. This is not good as I have no instant access to the feed and I need that should an urgent situation arise. It also means I can’t place the cameras where I need them unless it’s near a plug! The pictures are nice and clear when they are on hence the one star, but for convenience and ease of use no thanks I will be returning them ASAP.

This is so helpful. I can see and hear clearly. We just can’t share this with others. Need to figure out how to mount it.

It was useful for me and my family. Not the best for us, as we had to move it from a room to another and it was difficult to place it in position, but good enough . I like the night view

A year ago I try to connect my camera to 5G wifi but unfortunately doesn’t work at all . Now that they update and fixed the problem. It’s working and keep up your good work. Thank you

do you think you could make it not get so hot? I am always scared of fires and when I touch the camera it feels a little bit hot to me.?
Please don’t let that discourage any buyers from getting this product it is wonderful! It’s probably just me (the hot thing).
