Simply amazing! We always wanted to integrate a mobile sales force tracking app with our Omni ERP software and CloudApper made it happen. Now our sales reps can access all the product and pricing information right from their smartphone, and we can also track the salespeople in real-time and know about their progress oh my God

Really helpful
I am currently using the salesQ app to log my sales visits and take orders on the go and it’s working more than fine for me. Things have become so much easier with CloudApper, specifically salesQ. When I pay visit, for every visit I can take orders, tasks etc and when I check my visits I see all the information at one place..A simple and well functioning app. I like it.

TRASH THE APP
This app makes me was to find the person who made it and “accidentally” stomp in your toes with steel toe boots. Get this together. Messing with my money. I want every minute. I’ve literally spend 10 minutes just trying to clock out or in.
You had ONE job!
Sure, in perfect lighting you can punch in or out. But heaven forbid it doesn’t recognize your face, or you’ll be hit with an animation that takes 10 seconds to return to the scanning screen. Also, as other users have reported, hitting the back button doesn’t work to see previous punches. You have to force close the app. Who designed this?

My job is in jeopardy because I have to spend 5 minutes scanning my face to clock in and out and I punched in and it didn’t register after 5 minutes of trying to open it .. this is the third time it’s happened to me and I have to look incapable and inconsistent not a software that is made by dorm students majoring in dance ..

Love the software
We are using Cloudapper for clock-in / clock-out and for task maintenance tracking. Cloudapper’s solutions team has customized the apps for our specific requirements. They work like magic. I love how responsive and simple to use the apps are. We are saving a lot of money, both from retiring legacy software and from more tightly tracking working time for employees.

Really simplified our business
We are using the app to track our rental properties and maintenance - it’s really cool. We know when people are coming and what they are fixing. Very easy to make app based on our business.
Doesn’t function
App consistently loops around after the face scan. Only way around this is to close the app completely and reopen it. Have had multiple employees duplicate time punches unintentionally because they can’t tell if they clocked in or out.
Unreliable
App is awful and constantly crashes and doesn’t submit punches accurately and multiple other issues
